Organizational Behavior Department
The Department of Organizational Behavior is internationally recognized as a leader in the field of organizational analysis and development. As a pioneer, the department played a major role in defining the nascent interdiscipline by creating the field's first doctoral program, awarding the first Ph.D. of its kind in 1964. Currently the department has the nation's largest doctoral program in Organizational Behavior with alumni and students from all around the world. Life in the department is imbued with a pride in its past and a spirit of inquiry that continues to inspire new directions and strengthen its continuing identity as a pioneer.
